  • QUALITY: Arkwright Cheesecloth is made from natural food grade cotton (unbleached, never dyed cloth). Made of 100% cotton, this unbleached muslin fabric is durable, washable and reusable. It's absorbent, which makes it ideal for making hung curd, soy milk, cottage cheese and more
  • DURABLE AND REUSABLE: This strong 100% natural cotton fabric can be washed and used again and again, which saves you money, and helps the environment too. When we talk about our grade 50 cheesecloth, one of the things that stand out is the durability and lifespan of the cloth. Not only is the cheesecloth strong, it also is reusable many times over.
  • WASHABLE: Wash in the washing machine or by hand in the sink. Avoid detergents and fabric softeners. Use only mild detergent if necessary, and rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue. If there are bits of curd sticking to the cloth, rinse with whey or white vinegar to help remove it.
  • DIMENSIONS: Extra Large Size Length is equal to 70 Yards and Weight is equal to 1 Yard. While most cheese cloths are only 2-5 Yards long, ours is 70 Yards long, which makes it most suitable for bulk use. Threads and Square is 28x24 inch.
  • USEAGE: It is ideal for straining stocks as well as canning. Use it for basting or stuffing poultry. It is also useful when making soft cheeses that need a mesh wrap. Keep chicken or fish intact when poaching. Wrap a turkey or chicken when roasting. Squeeze the juice out of a lemon without letting the seeds fall into the juice. Or you can use it to wrap spices.
